Terms and conditions

To qualify for the SAFE Kids in Cars cash-back you must

• Have proof of residence in Central Taranaki

• Purchase a new car seat from a retailer, with a docket to confirm purchase price

• Have the new car seat installed by a Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust designated child restraint technician within 30 days of purchase.

• ​

The Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust will determine the total cash-back offer as ½ price of the restraint (under $100) or up to $100.

The Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust have the right to deny a cash-back offer at any time due to lack of evidence, fraud or misconduct.

The views or actions shown by a designated child restraint technician are not a reflection of the views or actions of Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust.

 

The Central Taranaki Safe Community Trust are not held liable for any faults or damages related to SAFE Kids in Cars.
